Website redesign
Persuasive Presentations Trial Technology supports legal professionals by creating high-quality visuals like graphics, charts, and videos to complement their case presentations. Their team of legal experts boast a 95% win rate - but their website was doing them no favors in communicating this.
They came to us looking for a site refresh and any suggestions on how to better communicate their offerings and value. In redesigning the homepage, I worked to better utilize their branding, showcase content in more efficient formats, and give them a more professional look overall.
The original design of the site was dated and disorganized. Many areas of the page had broken or confusing functionality. The information on the page was visually challenging to find. My main goal (besides making the page look like it was from the 21st century) was clarity: highlight the services, increase visibility on social proof, and make the users understand the offerings simply by skimming the page.
The hierarchy of the hero section was confusing, so I simplified it with a large banner image (one that more effectively communicates their offerings) and added some contextual copy, as well as their 95% success rate and a few buttons to immediately begin directing users through the conversion funnel. I reorganized the content of the page, placing the services above the recent settlements and verdicts data. I used an interactive layout for the services to encourage user engagement.
Several areas of the page included large blocks of text that mentioned value propositions, but were easily overlooked when skimming the page content. These paragraphs could convince a user to reach out - if they were able to actually read and understand it more quickly and easily.
I put this content into an accordion layout, both to present the information in a way that would more quickly communicate the benefits, and also to promote user engagement. Users are much more likely to browse this interactive and visually pleasing layout than they would be with the original design.
